Sonogram Pictures
Who doesn't love baby pictures?? Okay, well... these probably aren't the adorable chubby cheek pictures you were hoping for, but these are still pretty cool. I'm told an "ultrasound" is the action of taking "sonogram" pictures. I dunno they're the samething to me. Anyway, We've had two ultrasounds so far, and they need another one because they weren't able to see the bladder (which is amazing that they CAN see that) so we'll be going back Wednesday, Sept 9th for round 3.
We went for our third ultra sound today and it seemed somewhat successful. The tech was able to get the shots of the umbilical cord and the bladder which is what they wanted to see. Head/face shots were still difficult to get from our camera shy kid, but there are still some cute ones below as well as more hands and feet.

Now at 21 weeks, things are lot more visible, and doctors start checking internal organs are developing okay. The last picture that basically looks like four little circles are actually all four chambers of the heart wooshing blood to where it needs to be.

This was basically our initial doctor's visit, and though you can't see a whole lot, the doctor was able to see a heart beat, which is critically important. After that, we are told there is only about 5% chance of loosing the pregnancy.
